埃斯卡纳齐有限公司非常荣幸地呈现池田巖（生于1940年）的首次英国个展。池田先生最初接受的是传统竹编与漆艺的训练，而他在这两个领域中的创作都达到了创新的高度，其作品以独特的表现手法与深刻的理念著称。 本次展览将展出十六件杰作，其中七件为本次展览专门创作，全面呈现竹材这一有机材料与漆艺微妙色彩之间的动态对话。池田称之为：“竹之生命，漆之精神”。
